The teaching team
Our nursery teachers are attentive, inquisitive and constantly developing professionals.
As experts in education and child development, they are familiar with psychomotor development and monitor children’s developmental stages in accordance with the Brazelton approach.
A close-knit team which, led by the educational coordinator, designs opportunities for exploration and discovery and gets stuck in every day alongside the children.

Becoming Academy
Becoming Academy is the exclusive centre dedicated to the training of all teaching staff within the Becoming Education group.
It is a dynamic learning environment, where the teachers:
- explore innovative methodologies
- are exploring new tools
- strengthen a shared professional culture
The Academy is also a forum for dialogue and interaction, where participants can share knowledge and experiences with colleagues, educationalists and experts in training processes.
The teacher as a researcher
At Becoming Education we believe in the teacher-researcher: an adult who explores and learns alongside children, and who, day by day, becomes a living example of a curious and scientific approach to the world.
A professional who is aware of their own way of working and is always on the lookout for practical and theoretical tools to help them develop.
A shared model
Thanks to the Becoming Academy, all the schools in the group share a cross-curricular educational and pedagogical model for ages 0–13, which ensures continuity, consistency and quality over time.
This model is inspired by the manifesto “Una Scuola” by Monica Guerra and Francesca Antonacci, educationalists and researchers at the University of Milan-Bicocca.
