They are familiar with the stages of child development and hone their ability to observe them, including through the Brazelton approach<\/strong>, which helps them to interpret the behaviours and cues of each child as they grow.<\/p>\n

The team, led by the educational coordinator<\/strong>, shares observations and planning, and works with the children every day to create opportunities for exploration, interaction and discovery.<\/p>\n

In bilingual programmes, English teachers<\/strong> work alongside Italian-speaking teachers and communicate with the children in English, enabling them to encounter the language naturally through their daily interactions and experiences.<\/p>\n

A highly experienced educationalist<\/strong> is leading a further initiative to provide supervision for the educational team.
